I have been back to India again also this winter. This time, I visited Pune after 12 years.

This time I did OSHO meditation training with Shunyo and Gopal and then 10 days silent retreat with them. I did not touch computer for 2 weeks and went deep inside of myself. It was wonderful !!! Each day we sat in silence for 6 hours and then at evening I danced wildly with live music ! I love Osho`s way because of wonderful combination of silence and active mediation. Sitting silently is sometimes total bliss and sometimes total hell !!! But it was an amazing transforming experience to know how my mind works and keep it distance and simply watching. I feel now more easy to connect with deep silence space within myself and feel deep relaxation and calmness. It was simply miracles ! I just offered Weekend 5 Rhythms dance workshop in Enoshima Japan. Theme was 'Releasing and a new beginning ! 2011-2012'.

In a safe, sacred and magical space, with warm and loving support of each other, we release all our tension and stress of 2011 and danced our new dream for 2012.
After we danced deeper and released, we enjoyed our break with snacks and sweets from Netherlands and Italy !

After deep releasing, our energy became light, and we danced with Joy in ecstacy.
5 Rhythms dance class in Tokyo. Just 2 hours dance, but it went so deep with lots of tears and sweat !!!

Just visited Esalen Institute (http://www.esalen.org/) California. One of my most favorite miracles places in this planet.

First, I have joined the workshop 'Emotion & Intuition to heal' with Dr. Judith Orloff. She is a psychiatrist, an Intuition expert. I really enjoyed her workshop ! It was so fun, deeply nourished my heart and soul. At the first session, she saw me and did reading and said "You deserve to be more Happy! Everything else is secondly." Her simple words really touched my heart and felt she really saw me! I felt she is someone who speaks the truth and who I can trust with my whole heart. Her books 'Intuitive Healing', 'Positive energy', 'Emotional Freedom' and 'Second sight' , I recommend you to read!

I am also happy to meet Davida (right side of me on photo) again who had an accident and broke her neck. On the way back to San Francisco from Esalen, I saw a complete (180 degree full!) double rainbow. In a photo it is not easy to see, but it is double!!! Sign of Happy Miracles!!!
